3) ff. 18b-35a This Haft-Muhammadan tazkira is alternatingly in prose and poetry. As is seen from the end formula the copyist dates it it 1290/1873-1874 which may well be the date of the copy which he has copied;
4) ff. 44b-60b Other copies: Prov. 413:6, 544; Zetterstéen 720:7.

Elegant red leather binding with rich decorations, including the bookbinder's mark

The ms. is foliated by G. Jarring.

Origin

Date: no. 3 and 4 are both dated, viz. 1325/1907 and 1326/1908-1909

Provenance

On f. 60b two seal impressions. Acquired by Gustaf Raquette in Kashghar or Yarkand in the early part of the 20th century. On f. 1a a rubber stamp impression with the text: G. Raquette Kaschgar Turkestan.

Acquisition

Presented to the Lund University Library by Raquette's widow Mrs Hanna Raquette in the 1960's.
