Origin
According to a note in Qasaq on the front inside cover they were all written down in Kashmir from Qasaq refugees (coming from northern Sinkiang). Date on the front inside cover: February 14, 1953.

Acquired by Rev. Sigfrid Moen; upon his death in 1989 presented to Gunnar Jarring by his heirs.
Acquisition
The ms. was part of the Jarring collection of Eastern Turkistan manuscripts donated to the Lund University Library in 1989.
